1The nobleman, nomarch, seal-bearer of the king, Sole Companion, overseer of the sealed goods and of the bo2oty Ti says: ‘3I have 2followed 3the Perfect God ([Ma‘at-ka-Ra])|, given life. I have seen 4him overthowing the Nubian bowmen and bringing to him their chiefs 5as living captives. I have seen 6him 5destroying 6the land of Nehesi, while I was in 7His Majesty’s 6retin7ue, being a royal messen8ger who does what is said’. 9Made by the draughtsman of [Amun] Amen-mes.
