Sandstone block with the upper part of wall decoration executed in raised relief. The scene represents the back part of a canopy of Anuket(?) turned right with an inscription in columns turned right. The top of Anuket's crown can be seen. On the left, a restored name of the protecting vulture goddess Nekhbet turned right is preserved. In the upper part a sky strip, a block border and a kheker-frieze are carved. Left upper part erased with a Ptolemaic chisel.
