Sandstone block decorated in raised relief. It represents a scene of purification belonging to the daily ritual: the king (on the right) is standing opposite the god (on the left) holding the wȝs-scepter, the inscription mentions "recitation 4 times: pure twice (ḏd mdw wʿb sp 2-nw)". Dado-stripes are preserved at the bottom of the scene.
