Fragmentary preserved limestone block with traces of thick chisel. On one face, an inscription giving titles and name of Pu-im-Ra, painted with ink, is preserved.

The block was excavated by Howard Carter and purchased by the Museum from the Egyptian Government in 1912 (Rogers Fund).
