The room is almost rectangular with a vaulted ceiling. There is a niche in the rear wall, but because of the collapse of its ceiling it remains unknown if there was a statue inside. The walls of the tomb are in very bad condition, inside the room only the remnants of the decoration survived in the lower part of the west end of the north wall, where the representation of seated Amenhotep-Hapu, followed by his father, mother and wife is shown. Two other scenes belonging to the north wall are preserved in fragments: the representation of the First Royal Son of Nekhbet Amenhotep as a sem-priest and the scene with Ah-mes Pen-Nekhbet worshipping Osiris sitting in the kiosk. The ceiling is undecorated and covered with soot. Both walls and ceiling inside the tomb were prepared for decoration, but it has never been executed. The floor is covered with sand and debris. The decoration was executed in raised relief with inscriptions carved in sunken relief.
