The shrine is situated in the same cliff as shrines 13 and 14, 3.15m south of shrine 14 and at the same level. As other shrines it faces the river.
Shrine 15 was hewn in the rock according to the typical plan, it consists of a single room and a niche in the rear wall. Its façade is recessed approximately 70cm into the face of the rock. The interior of the shrine measures 2.73m of width, 3.68m of depth and is 1.9m high. The decoration was executed in sunken relief and painted but now only traces of colours can be seen. The block border was applied only around the south wall and south part of the western wall, which indicates the decoration was left unfinished and shows the direction of the decoration work from the south clockwise. The shrine was prepared for the First Prophet of Amun, Hapu-seneb.
