Scarab made of green glazed steatite with plain polished back. On the base there is an incsied inscription: "Good God, Maat-ka-Ra, given life (nṯr nfr Mȝʿt-kȝ-Rʿ dj ʿnḫ)". Cartouche is oriented vertically, close to its bottom, on the left side there is a nṯr-sign, on the right - nb-sign. Under cartouche the rest of the inscription is located. 

Excavated by the H.E. Winlock (Metropolitan Museum of Art) in the temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari in 1926-1927.
