Sandstone block with decoration executed in raised relief. Only the left narrow strip of inscription related to the god can be seen: "she gives all life all duration and stability beside [...] (dj.s ʿnḫ nb [ḏd] wȝs nb ḫr [...])". Most of the block's surface is erased with the Ptolemaic chisel.
