[HatOb_160] Block with a text and a kheker-frieze (C 234)

Sandstone block with decoration executed in raised relief. The decoration represents the upper part of the scene with lower part of a kheker-frieze, a horizontal border block and seven columns of text read from left to right mentioning the annals. On the right extremity of the block a tail of a bird turned right can be seen.

Built in the foundation of the later temple of Khnum, found by the Swiss Institute of Architectural and Archaeological Research on Ancient Egypt in Cairo (Lfd.Nr. 18758).
